CWMP Information Online
Network providers and dispute resolution forms for all certified workplace medical plans are now available on the Oklahoma Workers' Compensation Court web site. The information was provided to the Court by each CWMP in compliance with Court Rule 63(C) which became effective February 7, 2008.
