Summer Vacation is Over

Many of you have asked about why I haven't posted new items since August 5.  The answer is "summer vacation." Not mine. I haven't gone anywhere since the last post. However, August is traditionally a slow month for decisions from the COCA and the Supreme Court. This should change, but in the meantime if you have a topic for discussion, contact me. I will have a new post on Monday.
