I just subscribed (free) to five RSS feeds for blogs dealing with workers' compensation. Besides legal topics, they cover a variety of issues including medical developments, risk analysis and current news. My favorite is Workers' Comp Insider. It is authored by the staff of Lynch Ryan, a national "consulting firm that helps employers, insurers, third-party administrators, industry associations and government bodies to build and implement highly effective workers compensation cost control systems."
Check it out, and add it to your feed reader. . . Oh, if you don't know about feed readers, google the term and add one to the home page for your browser. Saves lots of time. The blogs listed in the "My 'Favorites' Blogroll" in the right sidebar instantly send new postings to my feed reader.

Could you address the practice of W/C attorneys requesting one's medical records back to birth? Actually 10 years in some cases. Are there any legal restriction?
